DELTA takes majority stake in NG-BLU Networks

17 May 2019

DELTA Fiber Netherlands (part of DELTA CAIW) has acquired the majority of shares in B2B-focused operator NG-BLU Networks, with the management board of the acquired company continuing to hold a minority stake. Despite the ownership takeover, NG-BLU will continue to operate as an independent company under the same name, keeping its existing management team. NG-BLU specialises in providing data and telecom services to the business market through partners and resellers, with an ‘intelligent IT platform’ forming the basis of its services, according to a press release. DELTA is aiming to ramp up its B2B segment presence, having recently acquired another business telecoms provider, CBizz.
