Slovanet buys wireless ISP

Slovakian ISP Slovanet has acquired local fixed-wireless operator RealNet. According to a report from Broadband TV News, the deal also covers RealNet affiliate companies ADC Net, DKD Plus, Euronet, Globalnet, Prenet and Renet. RealNet is headquartered in Dunajska Streda in south-west Slovakia and has networks covering the area around the cities of Samorin, Galanta and Komarno. It serves 2,800 customers.
