17 Apr 2019

Orange Caraibe has announced that it is planning to cease marketing new PSTN lines in the French overseas territories of Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Saint-Martin and Saint Barthelemy from 15 November 2020, and will instead focus on VoIP services.
