M7 Group has sold two Dutch fibre ISP subsidiaries, Fiber NL and Stipte, to Tilburg-based XS Provider in a deal scheduled to be completed on 1 April 2019, Totaaltv.nl reported. M7 – which had bought Fibre NL and Stipte in October 2017 – will now focus on its remaining Dutch triple-play ISP brand Online.nl and its Canal Digitaal pay-TV brand. XS Provider – which operates fibre-optic services in outlying areas of the Netherlands – will keep the Fiber NL and Stipte brand names intact. The report also notes that the current director of XS Provider was previously the director of Fiber NL.
