19 Nov 2018

Telia Company has announced the acquisition of AinaCom, a Finnish provider of ICT services to enterprise customers. AinaCom currently provides business customers with voice, mobile, network and IT solutions. In 2017 the B2B player reported net sales of EUR15.5 million (USD17.7 million) and an adjusted EBITDA loss of EUR400,000. Telia Company expects to complete the transaction on 3 December 2018.

Previously, in 2014, Telia Company acquired AinaCom’s consumer business and fixed networks.
