Ukraine’s third largest mobile operator Lifecell is set to team up with its third ISP partner, Kiev-based fixed broadband and TV provider Lanet, in launching joint fixed/mobile packages, reports Liga.net following up on information posted by the telecoms regulator, the National Commission for State Regulation of Communications & Informatization (NCCIR/NKRZI). May 2018 saw Lifecell launch mobile/fixed broadband/TV bundles in partnership with Ukraine’s leading cableco Volia – attracting ‘tens of thousands’ of subscribers by September – and that month Lifecell reportedly struck a second deal for convergent bundling with fixed network operator Vega. Liga.net adds that a fourth fixed broadband/TV operator, Triolan, has also confirmed its interest in partnering Lifecell.
