Robi expands 4G to 64% of Bangladeshis, signs up 3m customers

Robi Axiata has announced that it has increased the number of its 4G sites to 7,000 across Bangladesh, providing LTE coverage to 64% of the population. The network is now available in 532 thanas (of 544 nationwide) and 477 out of 490 upazilas. In addition, the mobile operator has announced that it has signed up three million 4G customers since the service was launched in February this year.
