MCI covers 1,246 Iranian towns, cities with 3G, 4G

Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran (MCI) has expanded its 3G and 4G networks, the Financial Tribune reports, and now offers coverage in all 1,246 Iranian towns and cities. According to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database, MCI – the largest Iranian wireless operator by subscribers – launched its LTE network in September 2015.
