Nar further extends LTE reach to Ganja

Azerfon (Nar), Azerbaijan’s third largest mobile network operator (MNO) by subscribers, has announced the expansion of its 4G LTE wireless network to the city of Ganja. Nar subscribers in Ganja can now access download speeds of up to 225Mbps as the cellco adds to its existing 4G coverage in capital city Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. Nar has added new base stations to facilitate the LTE expansion and now has over 6,000 in total across its mobile networks, with 93% territory coverage.
