Ukraine’s MNP tender relaunched

21 Aug 2017

The Ukrainian State Centre for Radio Frequencies (UCRF) has announced a new open tender for providers to implement a mobile number portability (MNP) system in the country, having been forced to scrap the previous process following litigative disputes. The UCRF has published the new tender documentation under a ‘simplified’ procedure for conducting the process. Applicants must have experience of implementing an MNP database in another country. Applications will be accepted up to 17 September 2017.
