T-2 free from threat of bankruptcy proceedings

6 Apr 2017

The Constitutional Court of Slovenia has overturned an earlier Higher Court decision which had ordered bankruptcy proceedings against struggling fixed line and mobile operator T-2. The latest decision found that T-2 had been incorrectly declared bankrupt three times. According to a report from Telecompaper, all legal procedures have now been exhausted, meaning the telco is free to carry on trading without the threat of further bankruptcy proceedings.
