Telekom Srpske acquires remaining shares in LogoSoft

16 Mar 2017

Telekom Srpske has announced that it now owns all shares in Sarajevo-based broadband provider LogoSoft after acquiring a 35% stake in the company, SeeNews reports, citing a filing to the local stock exchange. Details of the price paid for the increased shareholding were not disclosed.

As noted in TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database, in December 2013 Telekom Srpske made a BAM24 million (around USD17 million at that date) offer to acquire a majority stake in LogoSoft, with Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Competition Council approving this deal in June 2014. Telekom Srpske subsequently took control of LogoSoft in October that year with the acquisition of a 65% stake in the alternative operator.
