Shareholders agree on DELTA sale to EQT Infrastructure for EUR488m

On 23 February 2017 the shareholders of Dutch telecoms infrastructure and energy supplier DELTA NV agreed to the sale of the company’s telecoms retail business to Swedish investment company EQT Infrastructure. As previously reported by TeleGeography’s CommsUpdate in December 2016, the acquisition price for the takeover of Zeeland province-based DELTA amounts to EUR488 million (USD518 million) and will see the shares of DELTA Comfort transferred to EQT Infrastructure.
