Private equity firm BC Partners has sold a 7.8% stake in Swedish cableco Com Hem. The UK-based group sold 15 million shares via an accelerated bookbuilding process led by Morgan Stanley, raising SEK1.09 billion (USD126 million) before fees. Following the sale, BC Partners remains the largest shareholder in Com Hem with around 58.9 million shares, or 30.7% of the share capital, via its Nordic holding company NorCell.
