Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Mobile Netherlands has signed a contract with back-office solutions provider NetCracker to optimise its product management systems. The vendor will be supplying its Product Catalog and Product Lifecycle Management components to help T-Mobile Netherlands improve the overall management and delivery of its services. Jeroen Van Der Sman, Solution Design Manager at T-Mobile Netherlands, commented: ‘A centralised view into our products and the use of a single platform to manage their lifecycles will help us improve internal operations and collaboration, and introduce new opportunities to maximise customer experience by giving our end users what they want, when and how they want it.’ T-Mobile is the third largest cellular operator in the Dutch market by subscribers, claiming around 20% of all users at the end of September 2015.
