Tele2 agrees EUR800m credit facility

Sweden-based multinational telecoms group Tele2 has entered into a EUR800 million (USD907 million) multi-currency revolving credit facility agreement with a syndicate of eleven banks. The facility has a term of five years with two one-year extension options and replaces the existing revolving credit facility dated May 2012. Tele2 says that the new facility is initially unutilised. The Tele2 Group has operations in nine countries in Europe and Eurasia.
