Kyivstar develops IP telephony for SMEs

8 Sep 2015

Ukraine’s largest mobile operator by users Kyivstar, which also operates a widespread fibre broadband network, has launched a new IP telephony service for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) named Bitriks24 in partnership with IP specialist 1C-Bitriks. A press release says that Bitriks24 users may call Ukrainian fixed and mobile networks, as well as make international calls over the new IP service’s interface, which is integrated with a CRM system for businesses. The IP telephony service is initially available in five regional centres – Kiev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa and Lviv – and will subsequently be expanded to all major cities of Ukraine, Kyivstar added.
