DTAC launches 4G in more tourist zones

13 Apr 2015

Digital Total Access Communications (DTAC) has expanded its commercial 4G LTE mobile broadband services to Pattaya, covering all of the city famed for its tourism, plus Naklua, Huay Yai, Jomtien Beach and Koh Larn, reports Pattaya Mail. Amnat Kosonrod, DTAC’s central and eastern sales director, noted that DTAC’s 4G coverage in the wider east coast tourist region already includes Chonburi and Sriracha, as it plays catch-up with longer-established LTE rival True Corp. DTAC has also introduced a ‘Happy Tourist’ SIM card promotion, while offering four-month free trials and special smartphone discounts.
