Vodafone LTE network reaches 4,000 municipalities in Italy

Vodafone Italy has announced that its 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network is now operational in a total of 4,000 municipalities, covering 84% of the population. In addition, the company’s 225Mbps LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) network is now live in 250 cities, up from 150 in February this year. LTE users can access LTE-A speeds at no extra cost, Vodafone said.
