Telekom Srbija has unveiled plans to extend its MTS brand, currently used solely for its mobile services, to include its fixed broadband and telephony and pay-TV services. Commenting on the decision to unify the telcos services under a single brand, Natalija Jegdic, executive director for residential customers explained: ‘The comprehensive MTS brand is the result of our endeavours to create a strong, modern and recognisable market brand which will, in the best possible manner, communicate all the services and values fostered by our company. We wished this change to be clear and impressive for our customers and welcomed as a joint step forward. The new visual identity and message primarily reflect our commitment to improving customer experience in every segment of service provision.’
