UPC Ceska Republic announces ‘3x faster’ broadband offer

UPC Ceska Republika, a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Global, has launched a promotional offer this week, allowing new subscribers to sign up for a 40Mbps broadband connection for CZK449 (USD18.6) per month, but receive a peak 120Mbps service for a twelve-month period at no extra cost. The offer price includes the rental of a wireless modem, it says.
