NTT Com launching SGX-JPX co-location direct connection between Japan and Singapore

29 Jan 2015

The Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Japan Exchange Group (JPX) are poised to launch the JPX-SGX co-location direct service, starting in April. The announcement follows the signing of a letter of intent by the pair in December 2014, and will reportedly offer straight-through, low-latency international network connectivity between JPX and SGX co-location data centres. Japan’s NTT Communications and KVH have been selected as the appointed carriers of the new service.
