VivaCell-MTS launches 4G offer at 3G prices

Armenian cellco VivaCell-MTS is launching a new 4G promotion, offering LTE-capable modems to its customers with prices starting at AMD5,500 (USD13.25) per month – the same price it currently charges for 3G modems. In a press release, the mobile operator also said that subscribers currently on a twelve-month contract for its ‘MTS Connect Student’, ‘MTS Connect Unlimited’ and ‘MTS Connect Unlimited+’ plans will get a 150Mbps MUSB modem ‘MTS Connect LTE’ E3372s-153 (4G) for free. VivaCell-MTS’s 4G signal is available in the capital Yerevan, as well as in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Dilijan, Tsakhkadzor, Echmiadzin and Armavir.
