CAT aims for one million broadband customers by 2019

State-run Thai telco CAT Telecom is aiming to grow its retail fixed broadband customer base by more than six times to one million subscribers by 2019, according to its senior executive vice-president Viroj Tochareonvanith, quoted by the Bangkok Post. The executive stated: ‘We’re ramping up our marketing efforts with improved services to extend the range of our broadband service to residential customers, community malls and trading centres.’
