CERP selling 3.49% of T-HT

Croatia’s privatisation agency (CERP) aims to sell a 3.49% stake in the incumbent T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT), the telco said in a bourse filing yesterday, reported by Reuters. ‘CERP informed us that it had decided to start the process of sale involving 3.49% of T-HT,’ stated the company, which is 51%-owned by Germany’s Deutsche Telekom.
