Egyptian mobile network operator MobiNil is said to be close to completing a deal under which it will sell off its mobile towers, TMT Finance reports. Three parties are said to be in negotiations with the cellco for the infrastructure, with two rounds of bidding understood to have taken place so far. Among the prospective buyers, Accelero Capital and Ashmore Group had previously been named, though the report noted that the identity of those still in the running remained unconfirmed. It is claimed that the is likely to close by early-June 2014.
