11 Feb 2014

Following its recent nationwide launch of consumer 4G LTE-based wireless broadband services, Bahrain’s Menatelecom has publicised its range of integrated packages tailored specifically for businesses, based on LTE and other platforms. Menatelecom says its MenaBusiness service range caters to all forms of business requirements, from secure VPN links for banks, to remote surveillance systems, CCTV solutions and PBX systems in addition to telecom solutions targeting many of Bahrain’s other business sectors. As reported by Gulf Daily News, Menatelecom’s network solutions allow multiple redundancies using 4G LTE, fibre, WiMAX and microwave solutions backed by resilient international connectivity, while the new LTE network also has the ability to act as a data backup solution to support the requirements of business customers with dedicated lines. MenaBusiness solutions include dedicated high speed internet service with unlimited downloads and speeds up to 1Gbps in addition to carrier pre-selection voice service, international private leased circuit (IPLC), VPN solutions, international multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) and data centre hosting.
