Private equity firms through to second stage of DNA sale process

11 Jun 2013

Following reports in April 2013 that Helsinki-based telco DNA had hired Swiss financial services company UBS to lead the sale or listing of its shares, a number of private equity firms have now reportedly made it through to the second round of an auction process. Reuters reports that, following ‘a lot of interest’, Apax Partners, Bain Capital, BC Partners, EQT Partners and Providence are all through to the next stage of the sale process, with second round bids now due on 5 July 2013.
