Jasmine’s revenues up 11.9%; Triple T accounts for 85%

Thai group Jasmine International has reported consolidated revenues for the first quarter of 2013 of THB2.717 billion (USD91.6 million), up by 11.9% or THB289 million, from THB2.428 billion in Q1 2012. 85% of total revenue was accounted for by the group’s high speed internet and IPTV operator Triple T Broadband. Group operating profit for January-March 2013 was THB778 million, up by 65.6% from THB470 million in the first quarter of 2012, while operating expenses were stable and financial expenses declined due to a decrease in debts. EBITDA margin of the group was 54.5%, compared to 47.4% twelve months previously, and net profit was THB776 million, an 82.2% rise year-on-year.
