Russian news agency Tass Telecom reports that North Korea has once again blocked mobile internet access for foreign visitors, reversing a decision earlier this year which allowed tourists to access mobile internet services for the first time. Visitors are still able to buy local SIM cards, but these can now be used for international calls only. The move comes amid escalating tension between North Korea and the international community.
