Telus expands LTE network

Telus has announced that it has expanded its LTE coverage to Hinton and Jasper in Alberta, along with Moncton in New Brunswick. The company says those connecting to the new network will achieve average download speeds of between 12Mbps and 25Mbps. Telus’s LTE network now covers 65% of the population, with the operator targeting 75% coverage by the end of 2012.
