Thai provincial fixed network operator TT&T has reported that its net losses in the second quarter of 2012 widened to THB536 million (USD17.0 million), higher than the THB489 million it posted in Q2 2011, driven partly by foreign exchange losses. Excluding the effects of currency exchange and ongoing debt restructuring, revenues fell to THB600 million in April-June 2012, down from THB744 million in the year-ago quarter, as fixed telephony and data turnover dropped by 14%, ‘sales and services’ revenue fell 67% and ‘other’ revenue decreased by 44%.
