Tele2 launches mobile VoIP app

13 Jul 2012

Tele2 Sweden has launched a new application for its mobile users to make cheap international calls via voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) on Wi-Fi connections. The ‘+46’ app allows Tele2 subscribers to phone Sweden and receive calls over Wi-Fi when abroad, at domestic rates. The service will cost a one-off fee of EUR39 (USD47.60) after a promotional period, during which users can download and activate the app for free.
