Triple T earns 67% of Jasmine’s revenues

5 Mar 2012

Thai communications group Jasmine International has released its audited financial statement for 2011, which shows the total revenue of the company and its subsidiaries declined by 2.5% to THB9.583 billion (USD308 million), compared to THB9.827 billion the previous year, partly due to exchange gains in 2010. The statement adds that 67% of total turnover in full-year 2011 was contributed by Thai triple-play fixed broadband network operator Triple T Broadband (TTTB, including ISP Triple T Internet Company), which reported sales of THB6.403 billion in the twelve-month period. Previously, at mid-2011 CommsUpdate reported that TTTB accounted for 63% of Jasmine’s consolidated revenue. Group operating profit at Jasmine reached THB1.467 billion in 2011, up by 44% from THB1.016 billion the year before, while annual net income jumped by 62% to THB1.072 billion.
