Swedish telecoms group TeliaSonera has agreed to buy Finnish cable TV network operator Turun Kaapelitelevisio for an estimated price of between EUR8 million and EUR10 million (USD12 million-USD15 million), the Helsinki Times reported yesterday. According to the paper, Turun Kaapelitelevisio has around 80,000 users of its cable services.
