Sprinting to the dock of the Bay, wasting time (on my WiMAX-enabled laptop)

Sprint Nextel has launched ‘4G’ mobile WiMAX-based broadband services in the San Francisco Bay Area, over subsidiary Clearwire’s newly expanded WiMAX network. Services provided by Clearwire (under the CLEAR brand), Sprint (‘Sprint 4G’) and reseller Comcast (‘Xfinity Internet 2go’) are initially available in San Francisco, San Jose, Palo Alto and Oakland. The Bay Area launch means that Clearwire’s WiMAX network is available in 71 markets across the USA.
