Tele2 Croatia upgrading to 21Mbps HSPA+ in December

Mobile operator Tele2 Croatia has announced plans to upgrade its 3G network in all major cities to 21Mbps starting this December, news daily Poslovni Dnevnik reports. The story quoted Julian Ogrin, CEO of Tele2 Croatia, and Niklas Sonkin, director for Central Europe and Eurasia at Swedish parent company Tele2, whilst the company also announced that it has invested more than EUR409 million (USD571 million) in its 3G network since launching operations five years ago.
