T-Mobile and NSN complete HSPA upgrade

T-Mobile Austria and Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) have completed the upgrade of T-Mobile’s network within a year. The operator and network manufacturer say they have upgraded equipment at more than 3,000 base stations since July 2009, to allow for HSPA services. The upgrade enables T-Mobile to offer mobile data services with download speeds up to 21Mbps across Austria. No financial details were disclosed.
