Bahraini full-service telecoms operator Batelco has announced that its customers will soon be able to benefit from faster mobile broadband services via the implementation of HSPA+ technology allowing maximum theoretical download speeds of 21Mbps. ‘This is great news for our mobile broadband [‘O-net’] customers who are currently enjoying 14.4Mbps while on the go. In line with our strategy to deliver value for money and continuously enhance our services, customers will soon be able to surf the internet at speeds of up to 21Mbps,’ said Batelco CEO Gert Rieder.
