Ziggo breaks one million fixed line subscribers barrier

Dutch cableco Zesko Holdings (Ziggo) has reportedly broken the one million fixed line subscribers barrier, Telecompaper reports. To mark the occasion the operator said is offering unlimited free calls to domestic fixed lines on Valentine’s Day, 14 February. It will also celebrate the milestone with a TV and online advertising campaign. Ziggo closed out December 2009 with 984,000 fixed line customers.
