Lycamobile wins court ruling for bailiffs to seize EUR15m worth of T-Mobile assets

In a press release, international MVNO Lycamobile says the court of The Hague has given its Dutch venture Lycamobile Netherlands permission to ‘levy prejudgement seizure’ for the amount of EUR15 million against mobile network operator T-Mobile Netherlands. The decision has apparently been given in relation to the damages Lycamobile Netherlands has suffered resulting from T-Mobile’s refusal to port numbers of Lycamobile Netherlands’ customers.
