MobiCom launches HSPA

Mongolian wireless network operator MobiCom has announced the launch of the country’s first high speed wireless broadband network, using HSPA equipment supplied by Ericsson. The new network has been installed in the capital Ulaabaatar, home to almost 30% of the population, with plans to expand across the rest of the country. Bolor Dorjnamjil, CEO of MobiCom said: ‘This launch reflects MobiCom’s continuous commitment to offering its subscribers the latest services and applications’.
