19 Feb 2009

Vodafone New Zealand has moved the date of its planned network extension forward. The company says it will now deliver 3G services to 97% of New Zealand locations by the end of May this year instead of March 2010 as previously announced. Vodafone’s 3G network currently has 70% reach. Nokia Siemens Networks is undertaking the rollout on 900MHz spectrum.
