8 Oct 2008

T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT) has confirmed its interest in acquiring a majority stake in Bosnia-Herzegovina telecom operator HT Mostar, according to Reporternet.com citing comments from Sinisa Duranovic, director of corporate communications at T-HT. Duranovic is reported to have claimed that T-HT, Croatia’s largest wireline operator by subscribers, will increase its stake in HT Mostar when the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) government finalises plans for the privatisation of the operator; T-HT already holds a 39.1% stake in HT Mostar.
