Tele Greenland orders Ericsson IP system

Ericsson has been contracted by Tele Greenland to supply a core IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) to support integrated fixed and mobile convergent services. According to a press release, Ericsson’s IMS solution supports a common service environment and is expected to allow Tele Greenland to implement flexible and scalable next generation services. The solution includes a converged IMS core infrastructure, as well as application servers and service enablers for common functions that can be reused by multiple fixed and mobile applications.
