BTC agrees wholesale ADSL terms

23 Jan 2008

Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) and the Union for Electronic Communications have agreed wholesale prices for access to the fixed line incumbent’s ADSL network. As a result of the accord, BTC’s competitors – including Orbitel, Spectrum Net, Net Is Sat, Globul, Vivatel and Evolink – will be able to offer ADSL services under their own brands. Until now, BTC has been the sole provider of ADSL services in Bulgaria.
