HKBN provides free Wi-Fi on estates

Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN), a subsidiary of City Telecom, has begun providing free wireless internet access to residents of public housing estates. Tenants can enjoy free Wi-Fi access at designated communal areas in 120 estates, the Housing Authority says. HKBN has set up about 1,000 access points for the project.
