Fiji’s first VoIP provider prepares to launch

Fiji’s first licensed voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) service provider, VoiceNetIP (Fiji) Limited, says it will launch commercial operations in two weeks time. The newcomer’s director, Joeli Kalou, said his company had waited three years for its VoIP licence, but was now ready to deliver ‘benefits and savings’ to businesses and residential users in Fiji.
