Ireland’s Perlico secures mobile reseller deal with 3

6 Jul 2007

Irish alternative telecoms and broadband provider Perlico Communications has signed a reseller agreement with 3G mobile operator 3 Ireland, allowing it to enter the domestic wireless market for the first time. Under the deal, Perlico will offer its customers a range of mobile packages via a leasing agreement with the country’s sole 3G-only operator, 3. As a result of the tie-up, Perlico’s residential and SME customers can now purchase fixed line voice and broadband internet access services as well as mobile communications packages. Commenting on the alliance, Perlico COO Mark Cleary said: ‘We are delighted to enter into this agreement with 3. The partnership represents another step in the expansion and development of our service offering. We are the first operator in Ireland to offer customers a total telecoms solution and we will continue to generate competition in the Irish market. Perlico are launching this partnership with great value deals for their customers and we plan to develop these deals further over the coming months.’
