Telekom Srbija coughs up for Telekom Srpske stake

According to the Republika Srpska Privatization Agency, the Serbian telecoms firm Telekom Srbija has paid EUR646 million for the Bosnian operator Telekom Srpske. The Bosnian Serb government agreed to sell its 65% stake in Telekom Srpske in December of last year. ‘The deadline for the payment was 13 June and the buyer has paid the full amount,’ the agency said in a statement.
